Guest speaker, Angela Ruttledge will talk about FoodCloud, and how tackling food waste can fight climate change and food insecurity, creating food redistribution solutions to support people and protect the planet.

Angela is a solicitor with a background in financial, corporate, and commercial law, who is currently is Public Affairs Manager with FoodCloud.
She served on the council of the Restaurants Association of Ireland and was appointed to the board of Fáilte Ireland earlier this year. Angela ran a restaurant group for 12 years and knows first-hand both the challenges of managing an independent enterprise and becoming more sustainable in a small food business. Before joining FoodCloud she co-founded Vytal Ireland, the country's first digital platform for reusable packaging. Angela is an Eisenhower Fellow (Global Leadership Programme 2023) and occasionally writes for The Irish Times.
