The project aims to create affordable and open-source lessons and workshops for primary school classrooms, focusing on empowering teachers and enabling students in senior classes to confidently engage with STEAM subjects and explore the world of technology through a high-low tech approach. Providing teachers with the necessary tools and resources to feel confident in teaching STEAM subjects, bridging the gap between their existing knowledge and the evolving technological landscape.
By offering affordable and accessible materials, the solution will ensure that all students can participate in these lessons and workshops, regardless of their socio-economic background. We will adopt a high-low tech approach, balancing sophisticated technological tools with simpler, low-tech solutions, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and hands-on learning experiences. Aspiring to foster a love for learning, curiosity, and innovation among students, while equipping teachers with the confidence and resources needed to nurture their students' exploration of the world of technology.
