The Golden Ratio collection centres around the use of what are thought to be high-vibrational fabrics, such as natural and undyed wools, linens, and cottons, to form a collection that focuses on the feel-good aspect of clothing. Through research conducted for the collection and my thesis, I explored the idea that each fabric has a specific vibrational frequency. By using fabrics that are thought to elevate the body’s energetic field, I created a collection that leaves the wearer feeling uplifted, both mentally and physically.
Along with this, I explored the idea of connections throughout the Fibonacci Sequence (The Golden Ratio), looking at the way in which unlikely aspects of life are connected to and affect one another, similar to the theory that the clothes that we wear can affect our well-being and disposition, either positively or negatively.
